pH sensor

Periodically generate effluent for manual measurement of pH.

Wiring and libraries

Early OD sensing used OPT101 photodiodes; later work migrated toward AS7343 spectral sensors on SoftWire when two devices share an I2C address. Keep pinouts and library links with the mechanical holder CAD so bench rebuilds stay repeatable.

OPT101 wiring / pinout reference

Useful starting points from the team library sheet: Adafruit AS7343 Arduino library, SoftWire (software I2C), and motor/transistor drive notes for peristaltic pumps.
